This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for purchases made on pe2p.com(“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. General Policy

The Platform operates as a Digital Marketplace Platform.

Due to the nature of digital products (game items, accounts, subscriptions, virtual goods, services), all sales are considered final, except as expressly stated in this Refund Policy.

Refunds are processed only in cases of verified issues.

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

A buyer may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. Item Not Delivered

  • The seller fails to deliver the item/service within the promised delivery time.

Item Not as Described

  • The delivered item significantly differs from the listing description.

Invalid / Non-Working Product

  • Game key, account, or digital item is invalid, unusable, or already used at the time of delivery.

Unauthorized or Fraudulent Listing

  • The product is confirmed to be stolen, hacked, or obtained illegally.

Seller Violation

  • The seller violates Platform rules or Terms & Conditions.

All refund requests must be supported by clear evidence (screenshots, error messages, logs, etc.).

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The buyer changes their mind after receiving the product.

  • The issue arises due to buyer error, including:

    • Incompatible region/server

    • Incorrect system requirements

    • Failure to follow instructions

  • Accounts are banned or restricted after delivery due to buyer actions.

  • Digital items have already been used, redeemed, transferred, or altered.

  • Refund request is submitted after the dispute time window.

4. Dispute & Refund Process

Buyers must open a dispute through the Platform within 7 days of delivery.

The Platform may:

Request additional evidence

Contact the seller for clarification

During investigation, funds may remain in escrow/hold.

A final decision will be made based on available evidence and Platform policies.

The Platform’s decision is final and binding.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

Processing time may take 5–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Transaction fees, processing fees, or currency conversion charges may be non-refundable.

6. Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes filed outside the Platform’s dispute system may result in:

Account suspension or termination

Loss of buyer protection privileges

Users are encouraged to resolve issues through the Platform first.

7. Platform Liability

The Platform acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, seller performance, or third-party services.

Our liability is limited to the transaction amount paid, excluding indirect or consequential losses.

8. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
