2. Platform Nature & Role of PE2P
PE2P is a peer-to-peer (P2P) digital marketplace platform.
PE2P does not own, sell, buy, or resell any digital products or accounts
PE2P does not participate in transactions as a buyer or seller
All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers
PE2P acts only as:
A technology platform
A transaction facilitator

A verification & confirmation system
A buyer-seller protection service
PE2P is not a party to any transaction contract between buyers and sellers.
3. User Eligibility
To use PE2P, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have legal capacity to enter contracts
Comply with local, national, and international laws
Provide accurate registration information
4. Seller Responsibilities
Each seller:
Acts independently and under their own legal authority
Is fully responsible for:
Legality of products/services
Ownership rights
Licensing rights
Compliance with copyright, trademark, and IP laws
Compliance with platform policies
Compliance with local laws
PE2P holds no liability for seller content, listings, or products.
5. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers agree to:
Provide accurate payment and identity information
Follow platform rules
Use the platform lawfully
Not engage in fraud, abuse, or manipulation
6. Payments & Transactions
PE2P supports multiple secure payment methods including (but not limited to):
PayPal
MasterCard
Stripe
Cryptomus
Binance
Crypto payments
Global payment gateways
Payment Flow:
Buyer makes payment
Payment is held securely
Seller delivers product/service
Buyer confirmation is required
Seller payment is released after confirmation
This system is designed to reduce fraud, scams, and disputes.
7. Crypto Payments
PE2P allows crypto-based payments and settlements.
Users acknowledge:
Crypto volatility risks
Blockchain irreversibility
Regulatory differences by country
PE2P is not responsible for crypto market fluctuations or blockchain network issues.
8. Refund & Dispute Policy
Refunds may apply only when:
Seller fails to deliver
Product is materially different from listing
Fraud is proven
Platform policy conditions are met
PE2P reserves full discretion in dispute resolution decisions.

Game companies
Social media platforms
Developers
Publishers
Software companies
Each seller is individually responsible for compliance.
11. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
Sell illegal products
Sell hacked/stolen accounts
Commit fraud
Launder money
Abuse systems
Manipulate listings
Misuse payment systems
Violate sanctions laws
Engage in cybercrime
Exploit platform vulnerabilities
12. Legal Compliance
